If it displays “invalid” or another error, move to Step 2.

Use a Barcode Reader App:
Download a barcode scanner app on your phone.
Scan a printed card.
If the barcode doesn’t scan, proceed to Step 3.
Check if the Card Scans with the App:
If it does scan correctly, the barcode and card are properly printed, and the issue is likely with the scanner. Contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting.
If it does not scan, the problem may be with the barcode content or printer. Contact tech support at [email protected] for assistance.
