1. Do you have a laser scanner? If not, go to step 2. If you do, scan a card with your reader. If it says “invalid” or another error, then go to step 2. If you scan the card and nothing happens, that points to a K resin issue > If that is the case call 800-996-3581 and we will route you to the proper tech team.
2. Download a barcode reader app on your phone > Scan a printed card and see if it reads correctly > if it doesn’t scan go to step 3.
3. If the card does scan correctly using the barcode reader app on your phone, then that means that the barcode and card were printed properly. This likely means the issue is with the reader. You will want to reach out to the manufacturer to have them help you troubleshoot that issue.
4. If the card doesn’t scan correctly using the barcode reader app on your phone, then that means the issue could be with the content of the barcode or the printer itself. Our tech team can assist you with this > call 800-996-3581 and we will route you to the proper tech team.
