There are a couple of reasons why your photos may not be uploading when you import your CSV file. First you will need to check that you have all of your photos in one folder. Then zip the folder your photos are located in by right clicking on the folder > send to > compressed (zipped) folder.
Next, you will need to check to make sure you have the correct photo pathways in your CSV file. The photo pathway will need to be Name of the folder/Name of the photo.picture format. For Example: NameOfFolder/NameOfPhoto.jpg. The photo pathway is case sensitive. Do not add the zipped folder name in the folder pathway.
Please remember that the photo pathway is case sensitive so please check your photo pathways to make sure that they exactly match the names of your photos.
