CloudBadging prints to your ID badge printer using the manufacturer's ID badge printer drivers. These drivers are usually installed during the initial printer installation process.

If you experience printer connectivity issues in trying to execute badge prints, consult your printer manufacturer's  website for the latest drivers.  

1 - Download the latest drivers related to your printer's make and model and install from the manufacturer's website.
2 - Install drivers.
3 - Your operating system (OS) will let you know if you are updating your printer drivers OR that your system already has the latest drivers.
